Platforms  ·  BOT console

Where people and bots work the same queue.

A unified platform for human-in-the-loop systems, bringing forms, tasks, workflows, bots and dashboards into one integrated experience — so a process has one home rather than four.

01 — The case

Most processes are assembled from four tools that do not speak

The form is in SharePoint. The task list is in a spreadsheet. The workflow is in someone's head. The bots are in a vendor console only two people can log into. Each holds a piece of the truth, and nobody holds all of it.

Four tools

Status is a question you ask people

Finding out where a request stands means messaging the person who submitted it, the person who approves it, and whoever watches the bots. By the time you have an answer it has changed.

  • No single record of what happened
  • Handoffs happen by email and get lost there
  • Bot failures surface only when the business notices
  • SLA and turnaround reconstructed after the fact, if at all

BOT console

Status is a screen

Form, task, workflow, bot and dashboard in one platform. Work arrives, gets routed, gets done by whoever or whatever should do it, and leaves a trace that anyone with permission can read.

  • One record from submission to closure
  • People and bots on the same queue, not parallel ones
  • Failures raised by the platform, not by the business
  • SLA and turnaround calculated as the work happens

02 — The building blocks

Five parts, one platform

Each is useful alone. Together they are what makes a process observable end to end.

Form

How work arrives. Structured capture with validation at the point of entry, so bad data never enters the process.

  • Field validation and mandatory checks
  • Attachments and document upload
  • Auto-population from your systems
  • Internal and external submitters

Tasks

Who owns it now. Every unit of work assigned, queued and visible — including the work assigned to a bot.

  • Assignment and reassignment
  • Queues by team or role
  • Due dates and escalation
  • Full task history

Workflow

What happens next. The sequence, the routing and the rules that decide where a case goes and who has to agree.

  • Sequential and parallel approvals
  • Conditional routing on business rules
  • Exception paths defined up front
  • Versioning when the process changes

BOTs

Trigger and track. Automation invoked from the same workflow that routes the human steps, and monitored in the same place.

  • Trigger on schedule, event or approval
  • Live run status and outcome
  • Retry and failure handling
  • Utilisation and queue depth

Dashboards

How it is performing. Analytics on volume, cycle time, exception rate and SLA, drawn from the work itself.

  • Operational and management views
  • SLA and turnaround tracking
  • Bottleneck identification
  • Export for reporting

03 — Human-in-the-loop

Automation that knows when to stop

The value of a console is not that it runs bots. It is that it lets a bot hand work to a person and take it back afterwards, without either of them leaving the process.

1Submitteda form, an email, or a system event
2Routedby rules, to a person or a bot
3Executedautomation runs, or a person decides
4Exceptionanything unresolved goes to a named owner
5Closedwith the trace intact

Approvals stay human

Anything financial, irreversible or outside policy waits for a named approver — and the platform records who approved what, and when.

Exceptions have an owner

When a bot cannot complete a case it does not fail silently. The case becomes a task with an owner, a due date and an escalation path.

Work returns to automation

Once a person has judged the exception, the workflow picks it back up. The bot finishes the job rather than the person finishing it manually.

Leadership visibility

A real-time view of status and performance, so the process can be managed rather than guessed at.

Audit by default

Every submission, assignment, approval and bot run recorded. Compliance becomes a query rather than an investigation.

No parallel tracking

Nobody maintains a side spreadsheet, because the console already holds the state everyone needs.

04 — Run and control

The operations side of the platform

Everything needed to keep an automation estate running, in one control centre — used by our own Bot Operations Centre as well as by client teams.

Process orchestrationCoordinating the sequence across people, bots and systems, rather than leaving each to run on its own timer.
Bot monitoringLive status, run history, failure detail and outcome for every automation under management.
SchedulingCalendar and event-based triggers, with dependency handling so downstream work waits for upstream to finish.
Human workflowThe approval and review paths that sit inside otherwise automated processes.
Operations dashboardUtilisation, throughput, exception rate and headroom across the estate.
Control centreOne place to start, stop, retry and reprioritise — without logging into each vendor platform separately.

05 — Integration

It sits over what you already run

BOT console does not replace your automation platforms or your systems of record. It is the layer that makes them one process.

BOT iQ agentsour agentic AI platform
Agents invoked as workflow steps — classify a document, extract fields, answer a query — with the result returned into the same case.
RPA platformswhatever you have licensed
Bots triggered and tracked regardless of the vendor underneath, so one console covers a mixed estate.
Systems of recordERP, CRM, HRMS
Data pulled in to populate a form and posted back once the case closes, so nothing is re-keyed.
Notification channelswhere people already are
Email, Microsoft Teams, chat and messaging for approvals, alerts and status, rather than another inbox to check.
Reportingyour BI stack
Operational data exported or queried directly, so console metrics sit alongside the rest of your management reporting.
