Capabilities  ·  Intelligent Web Applications

Applications with the agent already inside them.

Purpose-built, low-code applications for specific business needs — delivered rapidly, integrated with your enterprise systems, and carrying AI where the work actually happens rather than in a separate chat window.

01 — The case

Between the ERP and the spreadsheet

Digitalisation is the foundation for automating business processes. That includes comprehensive programmes such as an ERP implementation — but it also means agile, purpose-built applications inside specific process domains, where the enterprise system was never going to reach.

Leave requests, purchase orders, expense claims, room bookings, approval chains. Small in scope, large in the friction they remove.

Today, for most of these

Email, spreadsheets and a printer

A form downloaded from a shared drive, filled in, printed, signed, walked to a supervisor and eventually filed somewhere nobody can find at audit time. Nobody owns the process because the process is not anywhere.

  • No status, no ownership, no audit trail
  • Turnaround measured in days, not hours
  • Documents lost between desks
  • Every exception handled by asking someone

A purpose-built intelligent application

The process, with the work already done

One place to submit, one route for approval, one record afterwards — and an agent inside it that reads what was attached, checks it against policy and proposes the answer before a person is asked to decide.

  • Status visible to everyone who needs it
  • Approvals routed sequentially or in parallel
  • Data pulled from and posted back to your systems
  • The person confirms rather than transcribes

02 — AI inside the app

The agent works in the screen, not beside it

Most AI in enterprise software sits in a side panel and answers questions. Ours sits in the form. When an employee uploads a receipt, the application reads it, applies your policy, and comes back with the fields filled and a recommendation attached — so the person's job becomes checking rather than typing.

1Employee uploadsa receipt, invoice or supporting document
2The agent reads itmerchant, date, amount, tax, line items
3Your rules applypolicy limits, category, duplicate check
4A recommendation appearsdrawn from past decisions on similar claims
5The employee confirmsapprove, amend or reject in one action

It reads what is attached

Receipts, invoices, statements and forms are extracted directly in the application — no separate upload step, no re-keying, no waiting for a batch job overnight.

It applies your rules

Policy limits, valid categories, mandatory fields, duplicate detection and approval thresholds are checked at the point of entry, not after submission.

It recommends

Cost centre, category, likely approver, comparable past claims. The suggestion comes with its reasoning, so the person can see why before accepting it.

It learns from your history

Every accepted or corrected decision feeds the knowledge base. The application gets better at your process specifically, rather than at the average of everyone's.

The measure of a good in-app agent is how rarely someone has to disagree with it.

03 — How it is built

A single platform where people, bots and agents share a queue

A versatile smart application acts as the central hub for process management — people doing the parts that need judgement, bots executing the parts that do not, and AI engines called from the same workflow rather than bolted alongside it.

Human interfaceIntuitive screens for submission, review, judgement and approval.
Workflow orchestrationThe sequence, routing and rules that decide what happens next and who it goes to.
Bot executionAutomated steps triggered from the same workflow, not run separately alongside it.
AI engine integrationExtraction, classification and recommendation called at the point they are needed.
Exception handlingA defined path for anything the automation could not complete, rather than a silent failure.
Enterprise integrationConnections into ERP, CRM and line-of-business systems so the application fits your estate.
Real-time dashboardsLive visibility into status, SLA and performance for the people accountable for the process.
Low-code deliveryBuilt quickly, changed quickly — because these processes change more often than an ERP does.

04 — What we have built

Applications running in production

A few examples, with what actually changed.

Enterprise forms managementMicrosoft Power Apps
More than 100 forms digitised across every department — exit forms, key requests, overtime, floor access. Employee data auto-populates, approvals route sequentially or in parallel, and executed forms are stored centrally for audit. Task turnaround fell from four days to six hours.
Accessibility issue managementPower Apps & Power Pages
A public platform for physically disabled people to report concerns and request accommodations. Issue categorisation routes each case to the right department, with map-based location pinning, image upload, interdepartmental collaboration and a full audit trail per ticket.
Expense & receipt processingwith in-app extraction
Employees upload a receipt; the application reads it, applies policy limits, checks for duplicates and proposes the cost code from comparable past claims. The approver confirms rather than re-enters.
Customer & partner portalsexternal-facing
Self-service access to orders, invoices, documents and status, with the questions that used to reach your service desk answered from live data instead.
Approval & workflow applicationsinternal
Purchase orders, leave, access requests and change approvals — with SLA and turnaround tracked automatically rather than reconstructed later.
Legacy application modernisationextend, don't replace
A modern interface and workflow layer over a system that still works but nobody enjoys using, without the cost and risk of replacing it.

05 — Platforms and benefits

What we build with, and what changes

Fast to deliver

Low-code means weeks rather than quarters — and changes in days, which matters because these processes change often.

Fits your estate

Integrated with ERP, CRM and line-of-business systems through APIs, connectors and templates rather than standing apart from them.

Humans stay in control

Approvals, exceptions and judgement remain with your people. The application does the preparation.

Audit-ready by default

Every submission, approval and modification is recorded, so compliance is a query rather than an archaeology project.

Visible performance

SLA and turnaround calculated automatically, giving process owners something to manage against.

Less manual handling

Fewer handoffs, no re-keying between systems, and no chasing anyone for status.

Built on the platform you already own

Most of our application work sits on Microsoft, because most of our clients already licence it. Where a different stack fits better, we build there instead.
